What are macros?

Macro is short for macronutrient. Macronutrients are any substance that provides energy (calories) and are necessary for important bodily functions. The 3 macros are carbs, proteins and fats.

How are they counted?

Macros can be very tedious to count but our meal kits break it down for you!

1g carb = 4 calories
1 g fat = 9 calories
